The benefits of practicing mindfulness can provide reduced stress for the educator, a renewed commitment to teaching and caring for children, as well as promoting the positive social and emotional development of children.

For early education professionals this course will unpack:

• Tips for self-care
• Managing stress/anxiety in adults and children
• How to develop and implement mindful learning environments
• Activities and experiences to engage and involve children
