Develop a broad range of information and communications technology (ICT) skills to support clients in small to medium businesses with this accredited course.

During the course, you’ll learn how to communicate with business clients; participate in ICT services; apply industry specific technologies; create technical documents; install and operate hardware, networks and servers; action change requests; troubleshoot equipment, identify system and software faults; select cloud strategies; set up and secure a small office; build a small wireless local area network (LAN) and follow workplace safety procedures.

When you complete the Certificate IV in Information Technology Support, you’ll have the networking and systems support skills required for an entry level position in the ICT field.
